The Department of Hotel Management conducts the Culinary Master Class by specialization students. The budding chefs from the final year of kitchen or baking science, will showcase one signature dish from their mother cuisine every week. It is for all those who are curious to learn and interact with the young chefs. Their dishes are explained and tasting portions are given to the audience present.
The aim is to learn about their mother cuisine in depth - about the ingredients, history of food, cultural diversity of the region they belong to, cooking methods and techniques. It is also evident that they learn and develop interpersonal skills while demonstrating the dish. The event is open for all students from across the campus to attend, learn and taste the dish.
